How Nigerian comic Actor, Bishop Umoh made a comment on the alleged rape of some women by Abuja policemen.

Nigerian comic Actor, Bishop Umoh took to social media to comment on an earlier statement regarding an accusation against Abuja policemen and rape of some women.

The actor actually shared a video about the suspected rape disclosing protesters coming out the streets to avenge the improper take on the suspected rape of the women arrested previously at a strip club.

Discussing about the rape, he said it is a wrong allegation for the reason that rape is elimination of the dignity of someone which in this case, “Ashawo no get self-pride and dignity” so the case should be called theft and not rape.

He tagged the video,

“Both are criminal acts but different… Rape and Theft.

The video has generated backlash from a lot of Nigerians who also accused the actor of justifying rape.
